Full optional houses

Brazilian and Italian experts worked together to build a resort which could let the owner enjoy Zumbi nature without turning down comfort.

Pitanga Madura houses have high quality raw materials, new generation system and Italian style trimmings. All the houses have direct access to the beach so you can enjoy an amazing view from your windows.

There are two type of high quality building.

• Morango house has three bedrooms and compatible to (optional) swimming pool or additional services.
• Cajueirohouse already has swimming pool and A/C system; it can be located in front of the beach or in a strategic place in the resort.

Owners can chose to personalize the building trimmings supported by Italian architects on-site.

The common areas offer additional service to the future owners: swimming pool, beach facilities such as shower, toilet, solarium, barbecue areas, park for children, car parking and internal paths.
