Owners of the houses are allowed to attend the common areas such as: swimming pool, beach facilities like toilette and shower,  barbecue area, beach volley field, parking and internal paths

The spacious kids play spotis near the swimming pool. It has wooden games and kids can play safe very close to the sea

Security staff service 24/24 will take care of you thank to security camera devices in your house entrance; they will control entries, pedestrian paths and streets, resort perimeter and common areas. A closed circuit phone system links each house to the security office; owners can be informed in case of visits and ask for maintenance assistance or help, anytime they need

Domestic dirty water flows through leak proof pipe system into an underground tank whose technology is one of the most innovative in Brasil. It is divided intodifferent levels; here dirty water sediments and dropping it goes through all the compartmentscoming out each time cleaner until it is completely purified. A 300 mm hose drains the water underground respecting deep groundwater tables and nature.

The resort has a 18 kw latest generation solar panel system to produce daily clean electric energy which integrates common area electric system power saving on management costs. In case the electric power goes out  for a long time, a store of energy battery system will provide power for the well pumps and resort urgencies.

There is broadband connection which works via radio in the common areas and in each house.

All the green areas have an automatic irrigation system whose water is the result of mixing rainwater and spring water. In addition professional staff will take care of each green spot  in the resort at cheap costs
